Hosted MCP server

Connect to the official hosted ScreenshotOne MCP server at:

https://mcp.screenshotone.com
  1. Open the MCP settings in your AI assistant or MCP client.
  2. Add https://mcp.screenshotone.com as a remote MCP server.
  3. Sign in to ScreenshotOne in the browser and approve the connection.
  4. Ask your assistant to take a screenshot of a website or check your ScreenshotOne API usage.

The hosted server uses OAuth, so you do not need to run a local server or copy an API key into your MCP client.

See the MCP documentation for setup and connection management instructions.

Local MCP server

If you prefer to run the MCP server locally, see the ScreenshotOne MCP server on GitHub.

We thought making a screenshot tool for our AI agents would be simple. But we faced countless unexpected problems.

So, we ditched the idea and chose ScreenshotOne API instead. It saved us lots of time and it just works!
