  • Paid Advertising & Search Engine Marketing:
    1. Prohibited activities. Affiliates may not promote ScreenshotOne using any paid advertising channels, including but not limited to search engine ads (such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and DuckDuckGo Ads), display advertising networks, paid social media ads (such as Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube), native advertising, sponsored placements, retargeting, or remarketing campaigns.
    2. Brand keyword restrictions. Affiliates may not bid on, target, or otherwise use “ScreenshotOne” or any variations, misspellings, transliterations, our domain names (including screenshotone.com), or any branded keywords combined with other terms such as “ScreenshotOne API” or “ScreenshotOne pricing”. This restriction applies to keywords, ad copy, display URLs, and landing page URLs in both paid and organic promotions.
    3. Direct linking prohibited. Affiliates may not direct link from ads to ScreenshotOne using affiliate tracking links. All traffic must originate from owned and operated properties, such as websites, blogs, and newsletters, that provide original content and value.
    4. Misrepresentation. Affiliates may not represent themselves as ScreenshotOne or imply any official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship. Affiliates may not use “official”, “authorized”, or similar language in ads, domains, or pages, or create ads or pages that could confuse users into thinking they are interacting directly with ScreenshotOne.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the affiliate account, reversal or withholding of commissions generated in violation of these terms, and removal from the affiliate program without prior notice.
  • We retain the right to modify the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any moment.
  • We hold the right to terminate your affiliate account for any rule violation at our sole discretion. Commissions generated through mechanisms that breach our Terms of Service will not be paid or owed.
