Canceling used to be a small Cancel button at the bottom of your current plan card, below the usage and payment blocks. It was easy to miss.

Billing now shows a Cancel subscription link right after your current plan and next payment date, above the plan cards. The current plan card also says Cancel subscription instead of just Cancel. Both open the same confirmation dialog as before. Feedback stays optional.

Downgrade on the Trial card also cancels your subscription: you keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period, then switch to Trial. After you cancel, Billing shows that your subscription is cancelled and that you won’t be charged again.
