We updated the DNS certificate authorization records for ScreenshotOne to strengthen protection against unauthorized certificate issuance.

The change restricts which certificate authorities can issue certificates for ScreenshotOne-managed domains while still allowing our infrastructure providers to renew certificates automatically.

There should be no interruption or action required from customers. If you notice any certificate, DNS, or connection issues, please reach out to support, and we will help investigate.
