It’s now easier to see what you’ll pay and why:

  • Next payment with tax. The billing page shows your next payment as price + tax = total, with the tax rate and date.
  • How tax applies to your country. The company page explains how VAT or tax applies to the country you select, for example, that UK businesses are charged 20% VAT even with a VAT number and can reclaim it as input VAT.
  • Postal code check. The company page warns you when a postal code doesn’t look right for the selected country.
  • Clearing a VAT number. Removing your VAT or tax number now also removes it from your future invoices.

Changes to your company details apply to your future payments and invoices.

Read the taxes, VAT and invoices guide for the rules by region and how to fix a past invoice.
