Wire transfers used to start with an email to support listing your plan, company details, and invoice contacts. You can now send all of that from the dashboard.

Open Billing → Pay by invoice as an organization owner or admin and:

  1. Choose a plan. The list includes monthly and annual options that cost more than $100 USD per invoice, with each plan’s price and monthly screenshot credits.
  2. Save your company information. The form reuses your saved company details, so you only fill them in once.
  3. Add purchasing details. Enter the finance email that should receive the invoice and, if needed, a purchase order reference, cost center, delivery address, and notes.
  4. Select Request invoice.

You get a request reference on the page and in the support chat. We then issue the invoice through Paddle, our billing provider. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date, in USD.

Read the wire transfer and invoicing guide for eligible plans and how payment works.
