Improved hiding selectors

The option to hide selectors now hides every element that matches each selector, as documented, so screenshots of the same page are more consistent.

The hide_selectors option is documented to hide all elements that match each selector, but it hid only the first match.

Now every matching element is hidden. This also makes screenshots of the same page more consistent: with a selector that elements match only for a while, for example, a class that a page removes once an element appears, which element was hidden could differ from one screenshot to the next, and so could the page height.

If one of your selectors matches several elements, your screenshots now hide all of them. If you want to hide only one of them, make the selector more specific.
