The ScreenshotOne connector for the Microsoft Power Platform lets you render website screenshots, HTML as images, PDFs and animated screenshots right from your flows and apps. It is available in Power Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps and Copilot Studio.
The connector is built and maintained by an independent publisher, Troy Taylor. To create a connection, paste your ScreenshotOne access key, which you can find in the dashboard.
Available Actions
- Get screenshot - Render a website URL or HTML as an image or PDF, with full-page capture, device emulation, dark mode, and blocking of cookie banners, ads and chats.
- Get animated screenshot - Record a website as a scrolling video or GIF.
- Get devices - List the devices you can emulate and their viewport parameters.
- Get plan usage - Check your current plan usage and concurrency limits.
Use Cases
- Attach screenshots of submitted URLs to SharePoint lists or Dataverse records
- Archive pages on a schedule and save them to OneDrive or SharePoint
- Send visual reports and page previews in Outlook or Teams messages
- Give Copilot Studio agents the ability to look at a website
Compared to the tool I used before ScreenshotOne's image generation is very quick. Even the full-page screenshot only takes a couple of seconds.
I love the URL signing feature! It allows me to use a serverless stack without exposing the API key.
If you need a screenshot API, ScreenshotOne is the way to go!
